Sell faulty generators

I purchased a generator from the Fourways branch in October 2023 it stopped working 2 months later. I took the generator to the Boksburg store and they said I used high voltage and had to pay for my own repairs as warranty won’t cover it. This is a lie as the generator was used to switch on hair clippers and a lamp, neither is high voltage. They refused to repair it with me paying R3k for it. I told them to leave it and not repair and return generator or my money back. It’s August 2024 and I still have no generator or my money back! When we go to the store we are given a run around.
