Security at Leroy Merlin Greenstone giving the entire store a bad name

We went to Leroy Merlin Greenstone on Saturday. What started off as such a wonderful shopping experience turned into a horrible experience when leaving the store. After we have paid, we were stopped by security which checked the slip and the purchase. Phindile (the lady at security) was arrogant, confrontational and just blatantly rude. According to her the bulbs that we bought was scanned incorrectly at the till (they are exactly the same) - she kept us there for 15 minutes confronting us with a mistake made at the till like we were the *********. When she realized that we actually paid more than what we were supposed to she reluctantly stamped the slip and let us go. Leroy Merlin should consider changing security companies as this leaves a really bad taste and it is about the entire shopping experience. Really disappointed and disgusted being treated this way.
