I am disgusted at your Boksburg branch!!I went there on the 25 of August to get 3x safe keys cut, firstly the idiot working at the key counter had no idea what he was doing, secondly, I paid R210 for 3 keys, that's R70 a key (BTW, Builders is R30 for the same key and Alberton hardware is R25 for the same key, but it was urgent so I paid anyway). After paying cash, the guy didn't give me a slip, I went home that evening to find that none of the keys worked.I then went back to the branch the next day to complain and get the keys sorted, a different guy was at the key cutting counter who explained that the person who assisted me the day before was just filling in and he was supposed to be with a manager (which he wasn't). I just needed the keys sorted, the guy at the counter then told me that there were no more keys in stock (of that type), I then said I wanted my money back, but because I did not have a slip (because the previous guy didn't give me one) he had to call his manager. I then waited 30 minutes for the manager to get back to him (the manager did not even bother showing his face) and after 30 mins the manager did nothing (not even call him back). There was also no indication of the transaction as the ******** did not write the transaction down. I then told them to check their CCTV and confirm everything, I then left the 3 keys behind and was promised that the manager would phone me back. The ***ardly ******** did not phone me back and I still don't have the keys (I ended up buying the keys from Builders that afternoon BTW). I will NEVER EVER go near that shop again and I will share my story far and wide, it's not about the money, it's about the lack of care from managers and staff (as well as the ****), I am disgusted with them and after spending R20+ at their store over the last 3 months, I will never EVER support them again
