In Short Leroy Merlin is a *******. Big *******. Their online store must be banned with immediate effect otherwise they will **** the whole country.

They don't deliver at all as you can see most of the reviews. They will sell products online and put a huge number of products in stock,once you buy you will wait forever when you call you are told there was no stock by the time you ordered , after ten times of calling you will now be told the product was discontinued,if you go online the product is still there with even number of stock added and price. My order now indicates cancelled on my end ,when I call they tell me it was transferred to little falls ,same little falls do not deliver. I wonder how the order falls to a certain branch when you buy online, you can never hear take a lot telling you that you ordered from takealot Midrand or Kempton Park,they will just deliver your order from any direction.

I have spent far over the worth of the broduct I bought on Airtime calling this Business. Am very tired of their lies . Leroy Merlin is a **** ,an action must be taken with immediate effect otherwise more victims to be ********** their hard earned money.. I wish there was a way to **** this Company as a payback, my heart is bleeding because am stuck with two batteries and a drill I bought from them without charger. Now they tell me the charger was discontinued. They can't even refund.
