Savage Customer Service
Pathetic service at the Boksburg Branch! Vusi and Mike have different prices and instead of providing the correct price and apologizing they said if I am not happy I can go and buy elsewhere. That is no way to treat a loyal customer who constantly buys throughout my home renovations. You have a lot to learn from Builders Warehouse, Pathetic and management does not even know the first thing about customer service. Don’t waste your time buying there!
