Rugs return

I did online purchase of 3 rugs.. I’m not happy with the quality so requested a return… it’s been 2weeks now I’m not getting any joy as Leroy is telling me about the merchant (Fine Living) not responding, it’s not my business as I went to Leroy’s website so they must make sure I get the service.. Thabelo Thame bro I’m not happy at all … and funny the payment had been deducted and I don’t want this rugs .. it’s 2 weeks now
