Rude staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the 27th of Jan 2022 I went into Leroy Merlin Boksburg. I went to buy pictures and a vase. Upon choosing the pictures the advertised price was R105 and the vase I took was R89.

We then asked staff to help us correct this, the floor manager hesitantly assisted and adjusted the prices of the frames as they were irregularly priced. They were the same pictures but one was R150 and the other R249. Once we had that sorted the vase was scanned and the price was R289 for it.

When the floor manager was called back to adjust the price, she rudely spoke to me and said "now what" which was incredibly surprising because I am a customer and I am to be treated with respect. Since this incident I have not returned to LM and have now reverted my needs to the much more reliable Builders Warehouse.

I need this to be addressed with your rude staff member and I also have witness because I was not shopping alone.

If this is not attended to, please know I will make sure we get around to it with a follow-up complaint because this will show LM does not care about the people that support their business.
