Rouse

I purchased items online which showed a number available for delivery. I received a call advising me that the order was to be cancelled and the items refunded due to no stock. It is a week later - the items are still available online at 4 times the price and I haven’t received my refund. Was this a rouse to not fulfil the order at the lower price? The reference number *** - 51109. If the items are no longer available why does it show they are online ?
