Returns. Shocking!!!

We ordered a barn door and railing from Leroy. We needed to return the items as we no longer needed it. Leroy said via email that we are able to return the items no problem. My husband brought both items to Leroy only to find out they will only accept the door as the railings need to be collected from our house by the courier. The lady said they will collect it within 7- 10 working days from our house with no issues. Now only to be told that the supplier now won't collect the railings. This is not on and everything was in order and now it's suddenly not. Leroy won't get back to us on this matter and it's shocking!!!!! It's unacceptable!!!!
