RETURN IMPOSSIBLE

I ordered 3 items from the above company, I have asked for one to be returned. You cannot phone them- they do not answer their phones. You email them and you get a "ticket" number to which no one EVER replies back even though they say they will do in 24 hours. I have done all they requested for the return...uploaded 3 items and I am STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK as to when they are going to collect my return and refund me. The address that they delivered to is not the one that they have to collect the item from and this is what I need to tell them and also find out when they will be collecting the item. My order is : 284373. I have been given the following ticket numbers 815178...815795...815904...815938...816896. So LEROY MERLIN. Do NOT send me another ticket number! as I have many already! Just reply to me please.
