Refund received
I have received a refund of my office chair that was not delivered for three weeks. After numerous phone calls and follow ups, I wrote to Hellopeter and my complaint was attended the same day.
Thanks to the the team that assisted with processing my refund. I would definitely not recommend online purchases at Leroy stores.
