Refund

A great service I got from Mapule and Charlene, I made an online purchase from the Foreways branch they were suppose to give me a refund which they promised that I will get in 7 days,but I waited for 15 days and I saw a review of one client on google also complaining of not getting his/her refund in time as promised, I saw Mapule's response to that client, she left her email address and asked the client to email her, without doubt I also took Mapule's email address and emailed her, within an hour I got a response from Charlene and she told me that she is asked by Mapule to assist me, even though they are both in the Boksburg branch they were willing to help me, they put pressure to the Forways branch asked me to send the proof of my bank account, everything was sorted within 2 days I got my refund, thank you so much guys for bringing the smile in my face.Keep the good work up. I really appreciate both of you♥️♥️
