I am ****ed off with the service I have received from this shop. On the 17 of November I bought online and paid R4540. 00 and still to date I have not received my order and cannot trace it. I called in today and spoke to Simon Manganye who promised to call me back in an hour and still nothing. They put me on hold for more than 20 minutes. I hear them being advertised on 947 and I get more ****ed because they are not being real.

They have zero customer service and don't care. Simon says he got caught up with work and says sorry??????? What nonsense is this????
