"recollection of a damaged door"

I booked a recollection for a damaged door on 26/09/2024. I was informed that it would take 3 working days for the collection to be completed. However, to my surprise, the door has still not been collected to date.

I have been calling the call centre and speaking to Lerato, Thulani, Lufuno, and Amanda, who is supposed to be a team leader. Unfortunately, they have all demonstrated incompetence and a lack of urgency. There have been empty promises and a complete disregard for customer care. Your service is shocking, with no one taking accountability or ownership to resolve this issue.

Due to the lack of service, my project has been delayed. I have made more than 21 calls, but no one returns my calls. I urgently request that this matter be resolved today!
