Really poor service

Wed last week i received a sms advising that my order would be delivered. That afternoon i received a call they were at the wrong address. I called the call center to ensure my address on the order was correct. It was. Thursday i again received a message that order would be delivered. However it again was delivered to the wrong address. I called the call center again and was assured that my order would be placed on priority for delivery on Friday. I was home the whole day. They did not come. Monday the following week i received a call at 730 in the morning to confirm my address. Again my order was not delivered. Just called call centre again. Was told i would receive a call back. No call as yet.
