really disappointing - from selling false products online to poor after sales

advertising solid oak floating bookshelves for a very good price on their website that then turn out to be a very cheap product made from sheep plywood. Immediately contacted them to return the product, and then no response for weeks. Then they wanted to charge me for the return !!!! because they said I got the product i ordered!! Took a lot of effort to proof to them that the product they advertised was NOT the one I received!

I should have looked at the hello peter reviews before even wasting my money and time with ordering from them!
