Really concerning service at Leroy Merlin Boksburg

The absolute worst service ever at Leroy Merlin Boksburg loading zone. There were many unhappy customers.No time management and staff laughing at customers when they get upset. We will never shop here again. Please remember that Builders is just around the corner and that their service is much better.

Just to add - you know something is wrong when 3 people complain about the same thing in one day and the owner only comments on the one 5 star review.

Talking to a few other people Yesterday it seems as if this is not a new problem. You seriously have to give attention to this matter as businesses are closing down everywhere and no one is untouchable.
