Really bad service second time around
I unfortunately has to buy from Leroy Merlin again because I could not get the flooring that I got from them elsewhere, I dealt with Tumelo this time around, he told me he could not confirm to me that he could bring the flooring I needed from another branch as they didnt have stock until he spoke to his manager on Monday which was yesterday, waited for him to call me, no call, today I called and he does not answer, I wish I didnt have to come back to this store to buy anything, the service is really bad, you dont get feedback when you are told you will.

29 Mar 2021, 10:29I was told end of march the flooring that I need will be delivered, its the end of March and Timoth has not even bothered following up on the flooring, after I called him twice and sent a message, he eventually answered just to tell me that he hasnt even followed up, never again will Leroy Merlin see me buying from them, now I domt have the colour to match the other rooms
