Really bad service and lies.

Fantastic store to visit. I visited the Little Falls branch, and it was really a nice store to visit. As such, I decided to purchase some material that I needed. Namely, some corrugated polycarbonate roof sheeting and some 38x38 timber. This needed to be delivered, so I agreed to the R350 delivery fee, which I actually think is a bit high for a 10km delivery. We agreed that they would deliver it on Monday the 4th of January 2021. At around 15:00 on the 4th, I contacted them as the delivery had not yet taken place. The consultant that spoke to me said that the delivery department were in a meeting, and he would call me back. I am still waiting. I then contacted them again and asked to speak to a manager. The manager told me that she had contacted the Head of Department for Little Falls branch, and that the truck had left at 16:30 and would be delivering the material today (the 4th). It is now 20:16 as I am writing this complaint, and they have still not delivered. I tried to contact them again, but nobody is answering. So my complaint is that they do not stick to their agreements as to delivery dates, but also that the blatantly lie to you when you follow up with them. I have left a message on their voice mail to cancel my order, and will see how long it takes them to refund my money. This is the first time that I have attempted to do business with them. I don't think that I will try again. By far, the worst service that I have ever experienced.
