ATTENTION: LEROY MERLIN IN ASSOCIATION WITH KANDUA
I have called on Friday morning (14 May 2021) and left a message for Kandua to contact me. No response. We have brought this to the attention of Leroy Merlin and Kandua since 4 April 2021. There is still not resolution to the client. It's now July 2021.
I called Leroy Merlin again on 17 May 2021, and my details were taken down. Still no response.
It's winter. My properties are incomplete but yet monies have been paid to your contractors that are so called "vetted, reviewed and background checked. My wife is an oncology patient and this is negatively impacting her health and wellness. Urgent resolutions are required. For ease of reference, please further detail on circumstances faced with your dishonest Leroy Merlin/Kandua contractors.
We have utilised your contractors based on the reputation of Leroy Merlin. We have since been ******, inconvenienced and ******** for monies and material.
1. Urgent resolutions required.
2. Kindly advise whether we can proceed on social media and the traditional media forums for damages and loss incurred.
3. We have been to and fro via emails, your website and WhatsApp for months now, without any positive action, resolutions nor refunds.

B) Building Contractor from Kandua
Deposits ******: R24100 plus a wooden double garage broken door. He took our deposits for a building job. Started sub-standard work. Promised to come back. Made empty promises. Now does not take our calls. This man is continuing to **** others and advertising.

As much as you came into contact with Kandua as our 3rd company that we have partnered with to provide services for us, they're still responsible for their own contractor issues or complaints. We did check with them with regards to the issue in question due to the the nature of our affiliation with Kandua. We had to play our part to consult with them on your behalf, unfortunately Kandua did advise that this is a matter that is out of their hands as the companies and artisans that you were in contact with are trading independently and are not affiliated with them. They did advise that the contractor however can still use their platform for quotations as is the case with you, but then after the jobs and communications are taken and done separately.
We really wish you all the best with the matter and we hope that it gets resolved soon.
