Rather use trusted online stores than a Mickey Mouse business like this one.

This is the most pathetic online store there is. Please do not support them, as they dont care about service delivery, or their customers.

I have been waiting more than a month for items purchased, and I am yet to receive any feedback from Leroy Merlin. When I placed the order, the initial waiting period for delivery was 15 days. This is already a long time to wait for online delivery, but I accepted that. On the day delivery was supposed to happen, I followed up, as I didnt hear anything from them. I got a reply saying that the ETA has moved on by another 3 weeks. I have constantly been following up to get a delivery date, but the only feedback you get is a automated response, that a ticket has been opened, and nothing else. When you call them, they put you on hold, until the line cuts out. Seriously the worst service I have ever seen.
