Poor Service-Greenstone staff and Management

Visited a store in Greenstone, what a terrible shocking service from the guy in the tiles section. I reported the matter to HOD incharge, left my number but nothing happened. Revisited the store again to add some material the following, demanded to see the so called the Branch Manager/ CEO but was unavailable. The lady who was sitting in one of the offices who introduced herself as HR came to attend to my query and called another HOD. Now this is the 3rd senior manager attending to my query, till today no one has contacted me and try to resolve my query. No wonder why the staff in that store don't care about their customers if senior managers don't care. This is pathetic service at its best.
