Poor Service from Leroy Merlin

Hello

I purchased tiles from Leroy Merlin a few weeks ago. Before finalising the purchase, we confirmed available stock at the store, and were given a delivery date of the same week. The delivery date came and past, and no delivery was received nor did anyone contact us about our purchase. I then escalated this to the customer help, I was told that I would receive my delivery, but no delivery date or further feedback. We still have have not received our order.
