Poor service from leeroy merlin boksburg

We ordered something for delivery on Sunday the 6'th of March and delivery was only booked for the 12'th of March. The delivery never arrived after receiving a confirmation email that it's on the way, after going to leeroy merlin (phone lines are ineffective) and fighting, delivery arrived and 1 wooden panel is broken. Then followed by horrible service for the delivery company who refused to take the broken product back. Waiting on response form leeroy merlin. Personally the service levels in the stores are pathetic and the paid delivery service is just as bad. I will never order something for delivery again
