Poor service

I bought a Nova Laptop Desk and realized that it’s actually small. Started a return process before it can even be delivered. I’ve been sending endless emails for this table to be collected and even said it’s fine they can retain their collection fees. The table is still sealed I never even opened it. This tells me there’s no return policy here. Maybe they are hoping for me to open it and break it so they can say it can’t be returned. I am sent some lengthy email from fine livings about 7 days whatnot. I started this process way too early. I regret buying from this shop. Just come fetch your table please even if I don’t get a refund at this point it’s okay I just need it gone
