Poor service delivery on product

I Purchased a 16lt Totai gas geyser Monday 20/09/2024 and the delivery dat was supposed today 20/092024 and now they are saying they are waiting for the courier this is just not acceptable and there was stock the only explanation is someone messed up and now it's the couriers fault for not collecting after it was Sai the package was on its way so now we wait another week... The money is in your account so why worry about the guy that that needs the geyser and made arrangements for it to be installed today that's not your problem correct?
