Poor Service Delivery

I purchased a Dejuca - Towel Ring on the 5th of October 2024. The item was not delivered and when I made a follow up they told me that the product was for an external company and not theirs. I have called and emailed them numerous times and they kept on saying that the item was delivered even though I have confirmed that they sent the item to an incorrect address and the person who signed I don't know them. I advised them to refund me my money as I had bought the item somewhere else. On the 11th of November, they came back to say that they couldn't prove that the item was sent to me as the courier driver didn't remember the delivery. They said they had processed a refund of R161 and till today the money hasn't been received in my bank account. I would not advise anyone to buy from this merchant online. They don't even bother to state on the website that the item is for 3rd parties and not theirs, so that we can make a decision to buy or not. Now they are not even taking accountability. I will never buy from this merchant even again
