Poor Service

I placed an order on the 10 August #*** - 246261. It was delivered on the 13th by DSV but the timber beam SKU: ***1 was not on the truck. Instead Little Falls had send me a 38mm X 38mm X 6m beam. I sent it back with the transport. Now 2 WEEKS later I am still calling to have this delivered and every person I speak to says they will get back to me and I NEVER hear from them again. Seems that I am not the only one with this problem if other reviews are anything to go by.
