Poor service

I would like to lodge a complain regarding the service ,I received from Leroy Littlefalls ,I purchase the item through the online click and collect and went a collect the item and I was told they dont have stock. the first complain is why the system is allow the click and collect purchase while there is no stock,second complain the staff that was dealing with this was unprofessional and not very helpful last that store is always out of stock I have been there twice to check for R50 E14 LED globes no stock in for more than 7 days.
