Poor service badly organised

Yesterday my worst day at a hardware store. I needed to get some board for my son. He said I should call first. I tried calling the nearest branch. After some minutes I accepted the option of a call back. Still no call from them. So I won't to the nearest branch. I was directed to the carpentry counter. There was one person serving out of a possible two and there was somebody ahead of me. I waited an hour to be helped. Person that help me established that they did not have any stock. They established that I could get it at another branch and gave me the price and the name of the person I should ask for. I set off for the next branch before getting there my son gave me the name of a manager that I should ask for when I get there I also had the name that I should ask for. Arriving I ask for the manager my son had suggested I speak to and was told that he was off for the day. I didn't ask for the other person that supposedly had put my old suicide. I was taken to the front of the shop and told to ask for the person when I got to the till. When it was my turn I asked for the person and was told there were five people by that name who work there and was told to go to the carpentry counter. At this counter one person was serving someone and I waited for my turn another half hour. At my two home I asked for the boards and it was quickly established that they did not have stock. I asked them to check on another branch and was told that they don't really keep that bored. Haven't spoke to my son over the phone and we decided to go to another hardware company to get the boards. On my way there my son called me and told me he had spoken to somebody at a third Leroy Merlyn and that they had stock of what I needed and he gave me the price and who I should ask for. On arriving there I was directed to the carpentry count her again and asked for this person. Again I wait maybe 20 minutes. The person I was looking for a merged and said he would help me as soon as he was finished with the client he was busy with. He did my invoice I helped him load my boards onto the trolley and was sent off to collections to pay and collect the purchase.. I paid for the boards and they were brought out to the trailer and the guy that brought the trolley disappeared. I said to the lady who wanted me to sign for the receipt of the boards"I have just spent over R5,000 on these boards and am I expected to load them myself I am over 70 years of age" She went back in and came back with somebody to help me load the boards.
