Poor service

I am very dissatisfied with your service I have ordered awning x1 and Nicaea set on morning hours of Black Friday they was order number and deliver number after a while it says order cancelled and tried all the time busy given me order number the lady named Busisiwe told me the amount is pending I should go to my bank to find out which I did but at the bank they said nothing is wrong the problem is at leroy Merlin side I phoned the whole day no one was answering and now they are telling me they don’t have stock anymore I mean who fault is it their order shows I tried my best the best they can do is to assist me , I need my order I went to the extent of telling busisiwe to send me invoice I will tranfer the money the was no feedback at all I need my order please
