Poor service and products

I ordered patio chairs from Leroy and Merlin, and had entered my correct address but somehow they ended up delivering my chairs to an address in PE instead of Joburg! I had to phone several times to get this rectified and when my chair eventually arrived over 2 weeks later, one of the chairs was damaged. Since the 20/12/2024 I have been trying to get this chair returned and refunded but to no avail- the courier just hasn't picked it up and I have phoned Leroy many times and every time they say they will speak to the courier and let me know when they'll come, but I never receive any more communication. Absolutely disgusting service and no assistance is given, and poor delivery and care is taken of their products. I will never order anything online again from Leroy and Merlin, and probably wouldn't even want to go in store anymore either after their poor service and delivery.
