POOR SERVICE AND NO RESPONSE

We have placed an order online on the 16-04-2024 and paid in full PLUS delivery fees. The order online stated that the package will be delivered by the 22-04-2024. On the 23de I tried making contact with them on their Client contact line but was told that the package is still at their premises and they do not know why it has not been delivered. The agent took my contact number and stated he will find out and contact me back. That never happened. today the 24th I tried again contacting them, came through easy but the agent kept me on hold for 33 min. I could hear her talking in the back ground but never responded back, so I dropped the call and tried again. When the agent took the call I explained the situation to him and all of a sudden the call was dropped.

I am still where I was with no assistance or call back. I paid for the item but still no delivery. This was my first and last encounter with Leroy Merlin. I am so sorry to have tried doing business with them.
