Poor service and communication
I have ordered a couple of products from leroy merlin and unfortunately my order was canceled due to low stock and I was told that I will be refunded within 7 days . The sad and disappointing part is that it's been 13 days and I haven't received my refund, I have been constantly calling them regarding my refund but nothing from their side.
