Poor service and attitude

Beware of ordering anything not on the shelves. I have gone in twice to Little falls to sort out tiles that I ordered and paid. There is no communication from the sales staff. Spoke to the Tile manager who assured he would phone the next day with an update. I have received better service from Builders recently and that does not say a hell of a lot for Leroy Merlin and their excuses.
