Poor Service

I placed an order on the 11th September, Order #*** I received my brush first, and a gentleman called me advising that the Plascon LEFIKA I initially ordered has been discontinued and it will be replaced with DULUX, I asked him to get a colour closest to the Lefika. He also told me that someone will contact me regarding my refund, as the DULUX is cheaper than the Plascon I ordered. On Monday, 24/09, 1x 20L primer was delivered with only 1x 20L Dulux. I called and spoke to a Mondi/Bondi and I explained everything to her. She said she would return my call once she found out why I didnt receive my full order and also feedback on my refund. I am still waiting for feedback. I have never received such poor customer service from Leroy Merlin.
