Poor service

I am having my bathroom renovated through Leroy Merlin Little falls. The signage says R90 a sq and we have a been quoted R150 a sq. They were supposed to deliver the tiles and stuff on the 29th. Today the 30th no delivery! Shocking service and No communication from the deliveries at all. This is not a good start to guaranteed work.
