POOR SERVICE

Bought building materials on a Monday in store to be delivered. (ceilings). Delivery was scheduled for Thursday. Leroy Merlin call on the day of scheduled delivery that they don't have stock of the ceiling board. (why are you selling it then). They tell me i must not worry they will pull it from another branch and deliver Saturday. Saturday afternoon the call me offering a refund because the other branch has no stock. Now its Saturday afternoon, i have a contractor coming in Monday to install ceilings. It is now too late to cancel as the business is closed and the contractor will charge me standing penalties due to no materials. THANK YOU LEROY MERLIN.!!!
