Poor Service

I purchased garden edging from them via the website on the 30th of November. The parcel was then delivered a few days later. Upon inspection the item advertised was not what was delivered. The item colour was incorrect and the dimensions were totally off (website stated 10 metres whereas items were less than 4 metres). I immediately emailed Leroy Merlin and since then had to constantly follow-up regarding the collection of the item. I also reached out via Facebook as no one seem to respond. The response of Facebook was a sad face...that's it...a sad face. I then had to reach out again and finally a ticket was logged. Since then we have not had any communication from Leroy except that our "order has left the Boksburg store". It has now been more than a month and still nothing. I will recommend that people not use Leroy Merlin's website for any purchases if outside of Gauteng...rather go without.
