Poor quality of Items delivered by Leroy Merlin

I ordered roof sheeting from Leroy Merlin Greenstone. When it arrived, it was damaged and they wanted to offload the damaged goods. I was quite surprised and told them politely that I did not pay for damaged goods. I did not accept the delivery. The driver told me that he told them it was damaged, but yet they decided to deliver the damaged goods to me. This shows that they do not care about quality or their clients. I wonder if I will ever visit Leroy Merlin again after this. Let us hope they are prepared to resolve this issue with me personally as quick as they are prepared to.
