Poor poor poor shame on Leroy Merlin SA and Nucleus Couriers

I bought a pergola online on the 12th Dec 2024 during checkout delivery was set for 19th Dec The morning of 19Dec i received a notification order out for delivery but unfortunately the courier did not pitch. No sms / email received about delays. Please sort out the logistics if not please ensure i receive a refund within 24 hours. Leroy Merlin get yourself a new courier partner!!!
