Poor online service.

After few day after placing an online order with Leroy Merlin they just cancellated my order and no one knows to which account they refunded the money. Trying to follow-up I was told about 7 times that they will follow-up and contact me back which did not happen once!

Leroy want me to rectify their mistake by replacing the order as they can apparently not do it on their side only to find the items I ordered is no longer available. This is truly shocking service from Leroy Merlin.

If that is they way you work you should rather close that department! Leaving your customers to struggle with orders and to try to find out where you refunded their money to is seriously pathetic.
