Poor misleading service

I'm very disappointed with the service received and I feel my complaint must reach the Advertising Regulatory Board about adverti*****ts that I regard as misleading. 25th November I bought door handles online and paid for to my supprise yesterday I'm told they are out of stock but when I went to the online store they are available and selling with price higher than what i paid. As consumer this is unfair, misleading and unacceptable I regret supporting Leroy and Merlin business.
