Poor Management and customer service.

This is the worst hardware store because of the management and after service.

One of their employees damaged my car while on duty with a forklift. More than 2 months and no manager can help solve the problem, each time I enquire the right manager to assist is on leave.

They requested documents and Police affidavit and I submitted as requested but still no response.

Think management is *********** to sort the issue.
