POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- LEROY MERLIN LITTLE FALLS
Good day
I would like to express my disapointment and frustration with the service received at your Little falls branch- 3 June 2025 15:30
Can you please train your staff on how to speak to customers. The customer service is not up to standard and the staff does not pay attention.
The store department manager just stood here and did not apologise once for the inconvenience and the lack of attention.
This definitely did not align with your "values" simplicity and respect.
This was the worst service received. And i will not come back to this store......
