Poor customer service

Order:483664A the level of incompetency at Leroy at large is shocking, Maybe they should stop this marketplace business of theirs. Ive called several times about my delivery to be corrected even before their seller/reseller approved my order, Call Centre agents told me a few times that my issue has been resolved and ill get an email from market place. Every time market place emails, you would swear you dealing with a robot. They keep referring to wrong info or order. When i called today I'm told a completely different story that indicates that my request was never attended too by their market place. Pathetic . They tracking system of an order is useless, it does not work.
