Poor Customer Service
I purchased items ,which I returned and instead of refunding my credit card they debited my account. Chatted you them and the guy Simon advised he does not have a problem if it put it on Hello Peter . His arrogance is unacceptable. I waited for over 10 minutes to have the returns returned
