Poor customer service

Worst experience. I had placed an order 3 weeks ago, 17/07/2020, to be delivered on 07/08/2020. On Friday 07/08, I was told my order was ready. No delivery was made. On Saturday I called, in which they said they don’t know why it was not delivered, but someone will call me back. No one called. On Sunday I called three times, with same answer, of which on the third call they put me through to the duty manager, who said she would call me back in 30 minutes. That was at 15:40....... still waiting for that call. My weekend was wasted, where I was supposed to complete my project with the materials ordered, and still no one is giving me answers.
