Poor client service

Customer service is **** at Leroy, there is no sense of urgency. I have been waiting for three weeks to receive my office chair that I purchased online. I have been calling them non-stop, there is no action my chair has not been delivered. I even asked to collect it myself they refusing.. What the hell must I do now?? I want a refund please! I want my money back and you can keep your chair.
