Please cancel my order no ***

I am having trouble cancelling an order. For most people, it can work. For me it doesn't. That is why I sent an e-mail to *** to cancel my order.

The response was the link to the cancellations. I answered with an email stating that it doesn't work, I attached an email that it said "enter a valid e-mail address"

Later I phoned, same story. I received an email with the link.

I am asking for help!
